PAYMENTS

Receipt of payment is an acceptance of a proposal for services to be performed as outlined.

Lone Goose Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing due to additional requests or requirements unknown at the time of estimating. Any additional charges that may be required in this context will be confirmed in writing and agreed to by both parties.

pOLICIES

Lone Goose Inc. estimated service dates are estimates only, and are dependent on weather and other factors.

Customers may cancel or postpone services without penalty within 48 hours of estimated service date. The notice of cancellation or postponement must be given in writing.

CANCELATIONS

If service is cancelled or postponed within 48 hours of estimated service date, Lone Goose Inc reserves the right to withhold a portion of the deposit collected at an hourly rate of $80 per hour. An hourly breakdown of your service will be provided.
